deactivate/activate

I changed my notebook, I can deactivate postwork and install it on new laptop?

You should have deactivated

You should have deactivated it on the old machine and then activate it on the new one. If it is too late for the old machine then just activate it on the new laptop. You will burn an activation (of the 3 default activations) but we can renew them them if you need it in the future.
